The Luxury Lakefront home was a 10 year old 2 story estate home on a lake in Interior British Columbia. The clients wanted a refresh their bathrooms and to add luxury touches.
We started with renovating the spacious ensuite bathroom. Shaker style cherry cabinets were installed and stained with a Spanish Oak Stain which gave them an elegant look. They were topped with travertine tiles and had stainless steel plumbing fixtures installed.
The vanity cabinet unit was designed with couple in mind, so we installed dual sink units and a separating shelf tower. Additionally, we had custom mirrors made and installed that suited the design of the room well.
The ensuite was also repainted and retiled with stunning marble tile. Truly setting the bathroom apart is the travertine tub which was built into its own custom casing and partitioned with a glass wall.
At the front of the home the clients had a small room that wasn’t useful for much. We designed a compact powder room that made effective use of the space. So, we installed a free standing cabinet with a countertop basin sink, a floor to ceiling glass tile backsplash and elegant new light fixtures.
The clients really wanted a unified look with all of their furniture and cabinetry, so we built them several pieces of custom furniture using the same shaker style cherry wood used in the bathrooms.
Each bedroom had a custom closet organizer built that was designed with the room’s occupant in mind. As well, we built a casing for the client’s big screen LCD television.
